Yellow Factory does not process special categories of personal data. Special categories of personal data are sensitive data, such as data concerning health, criminal history, or ethnicity.
Why we need your data
When you have an agreement with Yellow Factory, we want to serve you well. We use your data for the following purposes:

Google Analytics (secured in accordance with GDPR via additional settings)
Yellow Factory uses technical, functional cookies and analytical cookies. This website uses Google Analytics. This program provides important statistics on visitor numbers, pages visited, traffic sources, and other essential information that allows us to continuously improve this website for users. These statistics are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a specific person or user. No use is made of “behavioral targeting,” whereby you would be shown special content based on your click behavior; your browsing behavior remains completely anonymous. Data from contact forms is not processed or stored in Analytics.
We have set up Google Analytics in accordance with GDPR legislation as follows:
- A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google
- The last octet of the IP address is masked
- The “data sharing” function is turned off; data is NOT shared
- We do NOT use any other Google services (such as AdWords or Optimize)
Opt-out
If you would prefer to block the Analytics script entirely, you can download an opt-out plugin for Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. With this plugin, your visit will no longer be counted in the statistics of any website that uses Google Analytics.
